About Whitney

Whitney LaChelle Stepp is dedicating her career to giving a voice to those who have been injured through no fault of their own, and those that have lost a loved one due to someone else’s negligence. The 2015 graduate of the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law joined the experienced team of attorneys at Bubalo Law Firm in August of 2019 after honing her skills as a defense attorney.

Whitney excels in several areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, car accidents, trucking accidents and premises liability. As a result of her hard work and diligence, Whitney secured hundreds of settlements for her clients who have been harmed by the negligence of others.

The Woodford County, Kentucky native has served in various leadership capacities throughout her professional legal career, including acting as a coordinator for the Fayette County Teen Court and hosting an annual four-day law camp introducing dozens of students to the American judicial system.

In her spare time, Whitney enjoys planning her annual law camp, traveling, and crafting. She also served two years as a Teach for America Peace Corps Volunteer.
