Aaron M. Williams

Aaron is a trial lawyer dedicated to representing individuals who have been seriously injured through the negligence of others. His practice focuses primarily on automobile and trucking accidents, as well as premises liability matters. Aaron combines meticulous case preparation with persuasive courtroom advocacy to secure the best results for his clients.

Before joining Becker Law Office, Aaron gained valuable experience defending insurance companies and their insureds. That experience provided him with a unique understanding of how insurers evaluate claims, minimize exposure, and attempt to limit compensation for injured victims. Today, he uses that insight to anticipate defense strategies and advocate effectively on behalf of his clients.

Aaron began his legal career with the Louisville Metro Public Defender's Office, where he developed the trial skills that continue to define his practice. Representing clients in high-stakes cases from the outset of his career, he quickly learned the importance of preparation, advocacy, and giving a voice to those who might otherwise go unheard. His time as a public defender instilled a commitment to standing up for individuals facing difficult circumstances and fighting for justice in and out of the courtroom.

A Kentucky native, Aaron earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2016. While in law school, he distinguished himself as an advocate, winning the university's prestigious Pirtle-Washer Oral Advocacy Competition. He previously graduated summa cum laude from Bellarmine University in 2013, where he spent four years competing as a member of the university's nationally recognized mock trial team.
