About Ben

Ben believes his clients deserve someone on their side. His practice centers on zealous representation of people in need. At Becker Law Office, Ben focuses on litigation and fights to get his clients what they need, when they need it.

Prior to joining Becker, Ben began his career as a public defender in Louisville, Kentucky. Later, he became a solo practitioner, with cases that took him all around the Commonwealth. He is experienced in civil, criminal, and family courts, and has practiced in urban, rural, and suburban counties. He fights as hard for small cases and the “little guy” as he does for the richest clients, and most high dollar amounts.

Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky Brandeis School of Law, where he was a Brandeis Human Rights Fellow. His fellowship work centered the civil rights needs of the poorest and weakest members of the Commonwealth.

On the weekends, you’ll either find him working on your case or playing with his large Russian Blue cat, Buddy.
